Account Executive

UltimateSuite provides a software platform which allows organizations to easily understand and manage process efficiency and overall workforce productivity. The tool performs a top down analysis based on users’ activities on their workstations and identifies bottlenecks in processes and other obstacles. This gives a highly accurate view on productivity, operation costs, response times for customer inquiries, and thus Customer Experience and generated revenue. The tool is recognized as a market leader by Gartner and its deployment has a multitude of clear use case to drive improved business outcomes and efficiency.

Our platform brings value to almost every vertical, with our key targets being banking, insurance, telco, utility, retail and shared services centers. We sell mainly into the operations departments (back office, customer care) and front office departments (bank branches, etc.).

UltimateSuite is growing its sales and channel team to drive both direct and indirect sales. This role is to own all stages of the customer life cycle selling our platform into medium-large enterprises, working alongside our marketing, services and partners teams to sign new logos and drive additional value out of existing customers.

Main Purpose

To drive the revenue growth of UltimateSuite by signing new logos and developing existing customer relationships.


  • Own the entire sales cycle for prospects and existing customers

  • Business development / pipeline development (direct sales)

  • Active marketing / promotion of the company (at roadshows, business sector events, associations etc.)

  • Looking for new opportunities (active search with support from our lead generation team)

  • Maintaining existing relationships with clients to drive upsell opportunities

  • Work with our presales and Delivery team to demonstrate our task mining technologies through POCs and similar activities


  • A strong background in selling software into medium-large enterprises

  • Experience working with large blue chip clients.

  • Strong technical background, especially around business processes

  • Business development and lead generation skills

  • Strong networking skills / your own solid business network

  • Relationship management skills / excellent people skills / able to build trust and rapport with clients

  • Great communicator / interpersonal skills / negotiation skills

  • Professional mindset

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. SFDC)

  • West EU or USA ex-pats based in Prague are welcome

  • Czech/Slovak candidates with appropriate international work experience, fluent English or bilingual

  • Team player who wants to really be a part of the company.

  • A good sense of humor is much appreciated
