Account Manager
(Czech Republic & other regions)

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, sharp, energetic and goal-oriented individual who just loves to sale. In this role, you will be responsible for the customers' portfolio that you will further develop. This is an important role requiring passion about driving sales by rigorously uncovering potential customers’ business problems and sharing appropriate use cases to articulate value and potential solutions.


What you are going to do:

  • business development / pipeline development (direct sales) - our Sales Development Representatives will generate leads for you, yet we prefer a hands-on approach

  • effectively manage the given customers' portfolio from your entrusted regions (Czech Republic etc.) while cross-sell/up-sell and take care of good customer relationships

  • have qualification calls for understanding the prospect’s needs and present them with the best solution and identify client’s needs and position value selling on entire UltimateSuite products

  • run an online DEMO sessions for potential customers and convince them about us/US

  • stay up-to-date with our products and pricing models and know our competitors well

  • cooperate with other colleagues from the whole company in order to deliver the best added value for your clients


The ideal profile for this role:

  • education relevant to sales / IT field

  • 3+ years of proven work experience with a Lead / Sales / Business Development

  • track record of pipeline creation and conversion success in achieving individual sales target

  • experienced in business consulting, SaaS, IT or other related areas

  • business development orientated / lead generation

  • great communication and negotiation skills (you need to have an ability to deliver engaging presentations)

  • professional growth mindset

  • fluent in Czech and English is a must (our team is international)
