Sales Development Representative

Please Note: This role is open to candidates based on the East Coast, USA, for remote work.

 

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, sharp, energetic, goal-oriented individual to accelerate their career. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospects and take a leadership role in driving lead generation for the Americas. This is an important role requiring passion about driving sales by rigorously uncovering potential customers’ business problems and sharing appropriate use cases to articulate value and potential solutions. 

 

The SDR will be targeting strategic and large enterprise accounts. You will be working closely with an Account Manager where you will be building a high-performance sales region; refining Go-To-Market prospecting efforts, filling and driving the sales pipeline of enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Drive pre-sales, generate new leads, and aggressively expand the customer base

  • Sourcing and driving outbound lead campaigns (cold calling & emailing)

  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs

  • Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline

  • Have a results-oriented approach that balances a "take charge, do-whatever-it-takes" attitude with teamwork and collaboration

  • Pursue and cultivate leads to generate new opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

 

  • Previous 1 – 3 year experience in start-up, lead generation and outbound prospecting

  • Previous experience with B2B/Enterprise software sales

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Has extensive experience in working within the US market

  • Passion, drive, and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients

  • Excellent independent, self-starter.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills (e.g. to drive sequence campaigns)

  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed

  • Proven ability to work fully remote

  • Established relationships with Senior and/or C-level executives are nice to have

  • Knowing how to effectively work with Salesforce, LinkedIn and HubSpot
