Delivery Consultant

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Delivery team who will take care of several clients
by helping them tailor our solutions to their businesses and interpret results to our clients’
maximum benefit.  


What you are going to do:

​

  • provide technical pre-sales, i.e. participate in DEMOs for clients and follow business meetings with each client, training clients to properly use our tool 

  • manage product deployment for each client

  • analyze each client’s needs and configure our UltimateSuite tool to suit them

  • evaluate the benefits of our product with each client

  • maximize the value of our tool from a business and technical pov

  • manage your own portfolio of clients (e.g. geographic or product focus according to your interest)

  • be responsible for Opportunity to Cash (O2C)

The ideal profile for this role:

​

  • a university degree (or equivalent level of education) in a field close to IT or business 

  • an experience-based ability to understand and interpret data in a business context 

  • excellent English (other languages a plus) both spoken and written

  • a client-centered approach is not just a cliché for you ☺

  • interests that overlap with IT (e.g. the ability to compile basic SQL syntax or understand the application log)

  • analytical, systematic, and structured thinking

  • a corporate mindset - you can orient yourself and swim in it

  • experience in banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, and process optimization or business transformation is a plus

  • excellent presentation and communication skills (negotiation, partner communication, the art of arguing, etc.) and experience in leading customers, providing advice, and high-level strategic expertise
