Business / IT Analyst

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Product team as a Business / IT Analyst.

You will be responsible for creating IT analyses as well as articulating clients’ needs and placing them in the appropriate context. You will also be a liaison officer who communicates between our in-house developers and our corporate customers, to whom you will sell our solution.  

What you are going to do:

Cooperate with Product Owner

Analyze customers’ needs to propose and create a functional solution

Act as a bridge between our clients and our internal team (developers, testers, project managers, etc.)

Help the Product Owner create a product backlog and work with developers to rapidly develop and deploy software

Maintain healthy communication with every customer in order to ensure each business opportunity is 100% fulfilled to expectations

Active participation in the entire delivery process of our solution

Opportunity for future growth as a Product Owner responsible for your own product

Experience communicating with software developers as well as clients

Experience in processing business specifications for verifiable projects

Basic experience with process modeling (UML, EPC, BPMN)

Knowledge of the basics of SQL is an advantage

Previous experience in the financial sector (eg banking, insurance, telecommunications) is an advantage

Fluent English is an absolute must, but knowledge of other languages is a big advantage

Analytical thinking, an ability to take responsibility and desire to learn
