Sales Development Representative (SDR).
We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Your main responsibility would be to create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
What you are going to do:
respond, engage and qualify inbound leads from multiple lead sources (e.g. LinkedIN Sales Navigator)
prospect new inbound and outbound sales opportunities via phone and email
partner with the marketing team to develop and test new outreach messages
develop subject matter expertise on product management methodologies to convince prospects of the value UltimateSuite Task Mining will bring to their organization
work closely with Account Executives to develop account plans, relationship maps, etc.
The ideal profile for this role:
have previous experience with developing leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting new accounts (even as cold calls)
Speak English fluently (other languages such as French or German are a plus) - we are going to expand abroad, and you will speak English among other languages on a daily basis in order to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial business conversation
be self-motivated and results-driven; your performance will have a direct impact on your compensation
