Senior Tester
(QA agenda owner)

We are currently seeking analytically-minded colleagues who thrive in a data-processing environment.

As a senior tester /QA agenda owner, you will be responsible for setting up a complete testing strategy-- including tools and management --and building a test team

What you are going to do:

collaborate on the design and execution of complete governance testing in UltimateSuite

supervise the creation of test scenarios to manually and automatically test individual parts of the UltimateSuite solution

create documents for testing

manage ticketing systems

work with a team on interesting projects and learn new things

be involved in the hiring process for the test team and its management in the near future

The ideal profile for this role:

at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (especially in team management)

knowledge of some testing tools (Selenium, Visual Paradigm, Kobiton, TestProject, Ranorex, TestArchitect, etc.)

a basic knowledge of SQL, XML, knowledge of JSON is a plus

experience with some ticketing system (YouTrack, Mantis, JIRA, etc.)

a good understanding of the software development process

an ability to communicate complex topics and a desire to move things forward

a focus on result, quality and detail

an active knowledge of English (Czech is a plus)
