We are seeking an experienced .NET developer with senior leadership skills and a proactive approach to work. As a developer, you will have a key role in our team and be responsible for leading projects and a small team of developers.

​

We are searching for someone who is:

 

  • a great programmer but also thinks about his/her work in the context of the entire company and its further development, and can come up with new ideas for product improvement (or anything else)

  • is experienced in senior-level .NET development

  • actively keep up with the latest technologies in the field of software development

  • creative and sees the product not just as lines of code but as a service with real value for our clients

  • has extensive experience in managing software projects and developer teams

  • brings innovative solutions and is comfortable with setting up and developing processes within the SDLC

  • can empathize with our clients and their business needs and guide your team in the context of an ad hoc requirements and long-term goals

  • able and willing to explain his/her work in a way that even a complete non-technical person can understand to (when needed)

  • not afraid to communicate in English with colleagues (communicative English is needed for occasional meetings with our colleagues from the UK)

What you will specifically do:

 

  • collaborate with colleagues on the creation of long-term and short-term development goals for the product

  • manage the work of the R&D team

  • program in .NET

  • optimize our SDLC

  • communicate across the company with colleagues from other teams (we are a small startup, so communication with colleagues is unavoidable)

​
