Senior Tester
(QA agenda owner)

We are currently seeking analytically-minded colleagues who thrive in a data-processing environment.

As a senior tester /QA agenda owner, you will be responsible for setting up a complete testing strategy-- including tools and management --and building a test team


What you are going to do:

​

  • collaborate on the design and execution of complete governance testing in UltimateSuite

  • supervise the creation of test scenarios to manually and automatically test individual parts of the UltimateSuite solution

  • create documents for testing

  • manage ticketing systems

  • work with a team on interesting projects and learn new things

  • be involved in the hiring process for the test team and its management in the near future

The ideal profile for this role:

​

  • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (especially in team management)

  • knowledge of some testing tools (Selenium, Visual Paradigm, Kobiton, TestProject, Ranorex, TestArchitect, etc.)

  • a basic knowledge of SQL, XML, knowledge of JSON is a plus

  • experience with some ticketing system (YouTrack, Mantis, JIRA, etc.)

  • a good understanding of the software development process

  • an ability to communicate complex topics and a desire to move things forward

  • a focus on result, quality and detail

  • an active knowledge of English (Czech is a plus)
