Business / IT Analyst

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Product team as a Business / IT Analyst.

You will be responsible for creating IT analyses as well as articulating clients’ needs and placing them in the appropriate context. You will also be a liaison officer who communicates between our in-house developers and our corporate customers, to whom you will sell our solution.  


What you are going to do:

  • Cooperate with Product Owner

  • Analyze customers’ needs to propose and create a functional solution

  • Act as a bridge between our clients and our internal team (developers, testers, project managers, etc.)

  • Help the Product Owner create a product backlog and work with developers to rapidly develop and deploy software

  • Maintain healthy communication with every customer in order to ensure each business opportunity is 100% fulfilled to expectations

  • Active participation in the entire delivery process of our solution

  • Opportunity for future growth as a Product Owner responsible for your own product

The ideal profile for this role:

​

  • Experience communicating with software developers as well as clients

  • Experience in processing business specifications for verifiable projects

  • Basic experience with process modeling (UML, EPC, BPMN)

  • Knowledge of the basics of SQL is an advantage

  • Previous experience in the financial sector (eg banking, insurance, telecommunications) is an advantage

  • Fluent English is an absolute must, but knowledge of other languages is a big advantage

  • Analytical thinking, an ability to take responsibility and desire to learn
